How to bring on the heat?

How to bring on the heat? Could be slurping some hot soup, run fast around the block a few times, jump up and down in front of a heater…or, some full on undulating continuous Gyrotonic spinal movements, strong rhythmic hamstring sequences and definitely some really hard but cool propeller work on the Jump Stretch Board… or, you could sit in the Infrared Sauna and gently massage your neck, jaw and feet.

And then there is the inner “chill” …
A really good way to bring on the inner chill is Saturday, 10am Gyrokinesis class with Cathy and any day of the week, we are there for One on One sessions and group classes.
